Located in the heart of Hialeah, Soriano Brothers Cuban Cuisine serves up an authentic taste of Cuba with a menu that boasts vibrant flavors and generous portions, perfect for both quick lunches and hearty dinners. This Cuban restaurant expertly melds traditional recipes with fresh ingredients, delivering a dining experience that feels both comforting and exciting.
From the moment you glance at the menu, your mouth waters at the thought of classics like the Cuban Sandwich, a delightful combination of tender roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard pressed between soft, buttery Cuban bread. Not to be missed, their Lechon Asado—roast pork bursting with citrus and garlicky mojo flavors—offers a tender and juicy bite that transports you straight to the streets of Havana. Fans of seafood will appreciate the delicate Filet de Pescado served with yellow rice and crisp tostones, while the crispy, rich Camarón Frito satisfies the shrimp cravings with a perfect crunch.
The menu showcases more than just sandwiches; dishes like Arroz Imperial con Maduros, a flavorful imperial rice layered with sweet plantains, and hearty mains such as Churrasco and Ropa Vieja offer an impressive glimpse into Cuban culinary heritage. For those looking to indulge their sweet tooth, desserts like creamy Arroz con Leche and refreshing mango juice provide a perfect balance to the spices and rich flavors of the main courses.
Customers frequently praise Soriano Brothers for its consistent freshness and authenticity. Andrea Lopez beautifully captured the essence when she said, “Boiled yuca is delicious. Arroz imperial is to die for!” Meanwhile, Aryam Ruiz highlights the restaurant’s appeal for gatherings, calling it “great for all events and daily lunch or dinner,” thanks to its “extremely fresh” food and “great portions for a great price.” Even those who choose takeout, like Lourdes Arredondo, appreciate the reliable quality, though minor hiccups can occasionally happen, emphasizing the human touch behind their service.
While the restaurant’s interior may lean towards casual and straightforward, focusing on efficiency and fast service, the heart of Soriano Brothers lies in its food. Some patrons note the dining area could benefit from a bit more attention regarding cleanliness, yet this does little to overshadow the robust, home-cooked flavors that keep locals returning time and again.
Whether you’re craving a satisfying Sandwich Cubano for under five dollars or a full plate of Cerdo Asado with all the fixings, Soriano Brothers Cuban Cuisine stands out as a trusted spot for genuine Cuban fare in Hialeah. Its welcoming, no-frills atmosphere combined with a menu rich in tradition ensures every bite is a celebration of Cuban culture that resonates deeply with both longtime aficionados and newcomers alike.

Last time I visited, I ordered takeout - fish fillet, congri and boniato hervido. When I got home and was ready to eat, I realized the boniato had gone bad, and I didn’t like the congri. However, the fish fillet was very good. I also bought some dessert (arroz con leche) and mango juice. I’ll come back because I’ve ordered takeout from here many times before and never had any issues.
This place is delicious! Authentic fresh food every day. Boiled yuca is delicious. Arroz imperial is to die for! Would recommend. I will go here every time I’m in the area.
